1. While the resort offers many ammenities, which include washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc. There is no maid service, the towels are counted and they may charge you a maintenance fee for unclogging a toilet, etc. This was very offputting.

2. I was not aware that I would have to wash my own towels or have to empty my trash, as I've never stayed at a "resort" that doesn't offer maid service.

3. I would say that if you're looking for hotel amenities (daily maid service, 4* restaurant and nightly entertainment) then book a hotel.

4. If you dont want to make your own beds in the morning or clean up after yourselves go to hotel that has maid service.

5. one thing to be aware of is you have to pay a deposit of $200 which is fully refundable and a cleaning charge of $65 for cleaning the room when you leave there is no maid service.

6. Please be advised there is no maid service at the resort and they charge a $65 plus tax cleaning fee and a $200 deposit upon arrival (and a daily resort fee).

7. Just know it is basically a condo rental, so no maid service and you only get enough paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, trashbags, etc for a one or 2 night stay.
