1. 00 on her card and i gave $300.00 cash I asked If I would get my cash back on checkout they said yes which I had an issue at checkout cause they wanted to mail me a check I said no way I want to see a manager after that I did get my cash back my friend then got her money back on her card like 2-3 days later, by the way jet blue wasn't aware that they charge $ 600.

3. did i mention that just to eat breakfast at one of the restaurants was minimum $70!needless to say, the manager nor anybody at this hotel bothered to offer any help or accomodations for our loss, we went through a mission to reach one of the banks in order to take out money and i almost wasn't allowed on the plane to get back to New Jersey.
