1. 00 on her card and i gave $300.00 cash I asked If I would get my cash back on checkout they said yes which I had an issue at checkout cause they wanted to mail me a check I said no way I want to see a manager after that I did get my cash back my friend then got her money back on her card like 2-3 days later, by the way jet blue wasn't aware that they charge $ 600.

8. did i mention that just to eat breakfast at one of the restaurants was minimum $70!needless to say, the manager nor anybody at this hotel bothered to offer any help or accomodations for our loss, we went through a mission to reach one of the banks in order to take out money and i almost wasn't allowed on the plane to get back to New Jersey.

9. the manager didn't even bother to come out and speak with us, he told one of the attendants to let us know that we did the right thing by calling security and filing a police report.
