4. Bit of a queue for check out - we were able to check out at 1pm which helped enormously and I was pleasantly surprised to be handed an accurate bill despite the many charges we'd made.

7. Staff was nice and did a free upgrade without request, and when we were told there was no late check out for our departure date, the manager was kind enough to grant us a few more hours since we were orginally told otherwise.

The good: I really like the hotel it's a beautiful place, the pool is great, the proximity to the beach is great, the staff is amazing and very accomodating the rooms are very clean and the interior very pleasant to look at, check in and check out very simple, the in room free imac was a great lil suprise, during weekend the club is popping and there is an influx of patrons at the hotel looking exceptionally amazing which is great for people watching, lolThe bad EVERYTHING IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED, LOL.
