1. I showed up expecting to have many extras added to my bill and to be treated like crap.

2. Yes all the add-ons are very expensive and expect a big bill at the end but this is NOT the kind of place you go to catch a deal, you go because they make everything easy.

Expect high prices for everything, but watch out for poor communications/service when it comes to anything out of the ordinary, e.g., asking front desk to send someone up for internet access, to remove porn magazines found in the room upon check-in, or to correct billing errors such as phantom mini-bar charge or overcharge for guest parking.

7. My husband and I went to the Solo cafe and got two small coffees and two cookies and the bill came to $16.00.

10. Bit of a queue for check out - we were able to check out at 1pm which helped enormously and I was pleasantly surprised to be handed an accurate bill despite the many charges we'd made.
