Generally not up to par, more of 3-4 star hotel with 5 star+ pricing -- cannot get a beach/pool chair, cannot get nails appointment at the spa, concierge does not answer the phone, had to wait 15-20 minutes at night for security to open room door ater loosing key card - front desk wou;d not issue new one, groups of drunk teenages all over the grounds in the evening, staff washes the dirt into the pool at night with high-pressure hose.
