2. One of the things that made this hotel so pleasant from a business perspective was not just the free WiFi but also a really excellent restaurant/room service operation.

3. Also to note, wireless Internet access was spotty in both rooms, there wasn't a business office to print anything out, and two of our keycards stopped working (we had a few among us so we didn't need to get another issued but that could have been highly irritating otherwise).

4. 1-rooms old and worn down, not worth the $495 a night we are paying2-pool is the smallest I have ever seen in any Hotel, yes even the 1 star motel 6.3- have to pay $10 per person per day, that covers lounge chairs and wifi access, was still charged $10 for a chair at the beach.

At check-in the reservations agent (that attractive, not-so-helpful Nicole I believe someone else mentioned) tried to tell us that since the hotel had a newly instituted plan where you had to pay extra for breakfast/WiFi/beach service, that we would have to pay for these things-- which had been included in the online rate we got on the hotel website.

7. We paid a resort fee for the WiFi, beach chairs and free breakfast, well if you can call it that, it was not good, just very dry pastries.
