1. The location of the hotel is perfect - right on the beach and within walking distance to Ocean and Lincoln, the room was fabulous (garden view suite), the food in the hotel restaraunt was amazing (more people should try it).

2. Ocean Dr is in walking distance for the hotel which is wonderful if you come to south beach to relax or if your night is over , Ocean Dr is the party strip and i felt bad for anyone that rented rooms on that strip cause party's went on all night long.

5. Its located all by itself without any noise and its perfect to impress anyone and invite your friends over the roof for a perfect evening overlooking the ocean.

6. The garden view suite was more than I'd expected: long cool shiny corridor that opened into a simple living room with a view all the way to the ocean, a softly lit separate bedroom, and a simple bathroom with plenty of surface for toiletries and a showerhead with ideal pressure.
