1. They used to have nicer linens and I think and upgrade in towels would be nice.

3. The beach staff was super sweet and prompt with towels, chairs and drinks; the poolside staff made sure guests felt welcomed and comfortable; the front desk and valet were very kind and helpful; and housekeeping ladies were downright cheerful and very thorough.

4. Our garbage was never dumped, the bed never turned down, everyday we had to call for new towels and have them remove the towels that were left on the floor for a reason.

5. They have a private section at the beach where you get sun chairs, towells (complementary) and they serve drinks and food there as well.

10. My husband and I were early for check-in, so after leaving our luggage at the accommodating front desk, we went to the back entry for the beach, and sunbathed on Sagamore's towel-covered loungers (included with Sagamore Plan).
