2. The beach staff was super sweet and prompt with towels, chairs and drinks; the poolside staff made sure guests felt welcomed and comfortable; the front desk and valet were very kind and helpful; and housekeeping ladies were downright cheerful and very thorough.

9. The location of the hotel means you have to pay for parking and after waiting for our car for 40 minutes after been told it would be 10 the valet wanted tipping as well.
