1. Because we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM our room did not have the best view but was informed by the front desk at check in that rooms with a better view would be availiable the next day.

At check-in the reservations agent (that attractive, not-so-helpful Nicole I believe someone else mentioned) tried to tell us that since the hotel had a newly instituted plan where you had to pay extra for breakfast/WiFi/beach service, that we would have to pay for these things-- which had been included in the online rate we got on the hotel website.

9. I interacted with almost every point of staff, check-in, bellhop, management, bar staff and housekeeping and I can say that each one went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable.

10. When you check in, they will offer you the Sagamore Plan, 13 dollars a day per person.
