1. The towels were so fluffy I could hardly get my suitcase closed (: Seriously, the towels were thick and soft and absorbent and plentiful, which is one of my favorite things to find in a hotel.

I imagine if you came here in the 80s this would have all been the height of luxury, but now although the plants in the courtyard have grown beautifully and the sheets and towels are plush - it is about time that the dated tubs are replaced along with the doors and some of the corridor decoration updated.

5. Lousy experience consisted of: forgot to clean the room, then waited an hour to get clean towels, they forgot our wake up call, forgot to bring up the car even after two calls, had to wait 15 minutes for check out person to finish her chat with friend to get checked out.

7. They answered our questions correctly, took care of making sure our tv worked, we had extra towels, and they brought our luggage downstairs and brought our car to us each time.
