5. I did report the smell to the front desk and they were very attentive and sent housekeeping/maintenance to try to fix it but all they did was re-clean the floor.

6. It doesn't even need a major overhaul--a fresh coat of paint, new accent pillows, bedspreads, and furniture cushions would do wonders AND your housekeeping staff need to take some time to do DEEP cleaning.

7. Housekeeping didn't even replace our used up toiletries and when I needed to get a ginger ale for my husband in the middle of the night b/c he wasn't feeling well they just said there is no vending machine and nowhere to get it.
