Staff were really friendly: our check-in was polite and efficient, the staff member at the pool that I mentioned got us extra loungers, a housekeeper in the hallway saw we were headed to the pool and made sure we knew how to access it, and the valets always said hello and goodbye to us as we came and went.

Check in was a breeze and I was off to my room, and what a room it had so much detail although you could see the wear & tear it actually gave it a 'vintage feel' Went down to their restaurant which has an Italian theme and the pizza was delicious and they had very good happy hour specials and the service was quick and helpfull.

10. However, I must note the hotel staff from check in to housekeeping, pool attendants and wait staff were so accommodating, friendly and extremely well-versed in their individual capacities.
