I wrote a letter to the general manager and will summarize my points below:Front desk staff extraordinairly rude and did not speak English well ( I live in Miami so I am used to the local culture); not only rude but extremely disorganized and lazyRoom service-food was cold and staff did not speak English to understand request for ketchup and PerrierHousekeeping-if you want to sleep in, this is not the place.

8. When initially trying to block rooms we had a bit of a rocky start, however the General Manager, Bruce, was more than helpful, and in the end, the hotel, staff, and and overall experience completely exceeded our expectations.

9. During the reception, the catering manager was there (almost by my side) the whole time and anything I needed he'd make it happen instantly.
