9. 7/25-7/27 (once repaired, it was still incredibly slow); the traffic noise from the expressway that's just a couple of blocks away was unpleasant; the hallway was dirty the whole time -- primarily from the paint flecks that resulted from the scraping going on outside the building (apparantly, they're trying to make some improvements); the pool was less secluded than the Comfort Inn,so you felt kind of exposed to traffic on the driveway and there were fewer lounge chairs and they were less comfortable; the bed was an average hotel bed and pillows, nothing special; the staff was less friendly and less helpful, when I tried to call the front desk to ask a question, it rang over 20 times before I gave up; there was just basic cable -- no HBO or any other channels like Comedy Central; there was no free Continetal breakfast, there's a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn't use; parking was an additional $10 per day for an outside lot (the Comfort Inn charged $5/day for an indoor garage).
