1. My father and mother-in-law are not ones to complain so said nothing and (as they were picking up the bill) I also kept quiet.

The toilet was broken, the beds never got made until the evening, They didn't give enough towels(had to keep asking for more) They didn't honor their special for appetizers at half price from 2-4, We couldn't get room service for breakfast as they did not have enough staff to take our order,they gave us a $200.00 bill for our dinner that we waited an hour for and was all cold when we got it(mind you we were the only people in the restaurant) We know 'why' now.

7. The location is very close to downtown and Bill Street which made it very easy to get to know the city.
