1. All in all, we would definitely recommend this as a mid-price resort with good amenities, frinedly and helpful staff, a one minute walk from the beach, and convenient to all that Kauai has to offer.

4. It has all the amenities you need in the room with kitchen, the grounds are beautiful, they have hot tub, sauna, pool, volleyball, tennis, croquet, bocci, putting greens, also there are at least 6 gas grills around to barbeque with.

6. Even though you could tell the resort was not of new construction, it had everything one might need; internet access, 2 remote TV's, air conditioning, right on the beach, a walking path, jaccuzzi, beautiful landscaping with Koi pond, putting green, tennis court, and many more amenities.

10. It is not fancy and some of the furnishing/amenities in the condo itself were a little older and worn at times but we did not have any problems with cleanliness, ants, or our a/c.
