3. Hotel Kudos: rooms nicely decorated, self parking garage is right across the street, lobby is really nice and connects directly to the Riverwalk, lots of great restaurants closeby - though food at hotel was excellent too.

10. However, the hotel has a U-shaped driveway under the building on the Lobby level, so these parking spots are literally free--and it's the best parking at the hotel (way better than parking in their parking deck!).
