1. I needed assistance in finding a pharmacy & the concierge desk was extremely accommodating (for what its worth, the CVS pharmacy next door does not sell pharmaceuticals-weird).

3. The concierge recommended a FANTASTIC deli (Shilo's 2 1/2 blocks from the hotel, street-side), as well as a convenient pharmacy to pick the meds I'd also left at home (Walgreens: 2-3 blocks away).
