3. The breakfast buffet is not much better and you must check you bill if you are entitled to a free breakfast buffet (an elite bonus) since they often charge regardless.

6. One day, we ate lunch at the hotel restaurant (which was delicious), and when we went to pay the bill and charge to our room, they knew who we were, offered their condolences, and did not charge us for the meal.

10. I was told that upon checkout ALL the package credits would be removed from my bill, i.e. free breakfast, $20 bar credit, $25/day parking fee, etc. Well all the charges were still there at checkout, NOTHING had been removed.
