1. However, when we went back for shuttle to airport we were met by hotel manager who was less than friendly about the shuttle back to airport.

7. Once seeing how bad the room was I did call the Manager who did reduce the rate to my original rate (but frankly, I shouldn't have had to pay for the terrible room without a real bed!) Only good thing I can say is that the shuttle service was timely.
