3. My only real dissatisfaction with this hotel relates to their $1.50 charge for local phone calls and $22.

4. Parking can be a real hassle if you try to use the city meters which are everywhere outside the hotel and charge 25 cents for 12 minutes which adds up.

7. just in case you are a smoker - you can NOT smoke on your balcony (which is the only reason I got a balcony room), or they will charge you a $150 fine.
