7. rented a private condo,great location,got upgrade to ocean view which compensated for other negatives,in major need of updating,hotel desk can not help you, you are on your own for any request as only contact is via phone and they aren't into customer service.

We liked: the recent renovation of the rooms, clean feeling in rooms, spacious lanai with the one bedroom, nice view of the ocean (only partial obstruction by the Hyatt), convenient location to beach, food, shops, bus, fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, nice staff, and 3 elevators to serve the building.
