1. Stove did seem a bit big for the kitchen area, but not complaining, as we ate out most times, except for breakfast anyway.
2. Kitchen was full equipped (besides ingredients) which was very helpful especially for breakfast and storing leftovers.
3. Huge deck with table and chairs, a perfect spot for breakfast, or an evening cocktail.
4. It was nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks.
5. We only ate breakfasts in our room, so we didn't use any of the cooking facilities.
6. Everything you need is within a 1-3 block radius: ABC convenience stores, plate lunch spot across the street, Japanese style steak/grill restaurant downstairs, Eggs n' Things breakfast spot, Hyatt or Moana's spa services, Moku's surf shop for board rentals, Canoes and Queens surf spots straight down the street to the beach.
7. The location was great, right on the bus route, close to the beach, full kitchen so that we could make our own breakfast and watch the sailors and surfers in the morning.
8. We arrived early after an overnight flight, and after a short delay of a couple of hours, in which we went to have breakfast in a cafe at the nearby Hyatt and a rest on the grass at the beach, we were checked into our suite on the 24th floor.
9. We had a nicely done up kitchen with a full frig and a huge modern stove/top, which we only used once to boil some eggs--the rest of the time it had our provisions stored on top, as storage was a bit limited, mainly breakfast cereal, peanut butter, vegemite etc.

10. We travelled to Hawaii in October and chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, had a kitchenette for our breakfasts, had a pool (on top of the hotel with a gorgeous overview of the ocean) and was not far from the beach.
