1. Arrived early, and was met by a friendly desk clerk who didn't have a problem with early check-in and even put us in a room with a pretty decent view, especially at the price we were paying.

3. Room is way smaller than looks like on the websiteNot very good storage room,the smallest ever hanging space,and one chest of drawers3pm check in Pool area is VERY plain and boring -needs a few fakeplants/ palms or something,worst pool area ive seen.

5. The tip I read from here about the NOT paying the $10 a day resort fee,,untrue I still had to pay,I told the lady at check in i read on here a few times i would not have to pay,,not true i still had to pay,,so that was the first disapointment.

7. If the hotel had some kind of mutual agreement with the towing company and gave me a pass upon check in for my entire stay this all could've been preventive.

8. Upon check in I was a little concerned as the foyer seemed a little dated but the staff we very friendly and we were able to access our room early as we had just got off a 9 and a half hour flight so were grateful for that.
