I couldnt say that housekeeping werent doing their job because they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom or kitchen everyday, unfortunately though no amount of scrubbing or vaccuming by housekeeping was going to make the place any cleaner, as mentioned earlier it needs new paint, new carpet, new curtains, new furniture.
