1. The maid service was great, brought us extra towels when we requested them and kept the room clean.

2. We can never fault the service provided, particularly the housekeepers who always ensured we had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. In fact we are still using the shampoo and moisturising cream that we 'borrowed' from our previous stays.

3. The Outrigger provide you with fresh towels, all you need to do is give the towel porter your room number and name - if you don't return it by the close of day, there is a charge of $20 per towel - as part of their t&c's.

9. The rooms were nicely decorated & the staff ( especially the pool/towel guy) were very friendly & always went out of their way to say hello & ask if they could help you in any way.
