The location is superb, the staff are warm, friendly and efficient, the decor has an elegant Hawaiian feel and the bars, especially Dukes Canoe Club (a true highlight to the hotel in the Lower Lobby) and Chucks Steakhouse (in the Lobby) with its magnificent food not to mention the scenery (especially at sunset with gorgeous views of Diamond Head), are just some of the great attributes to this well managed hotel.
