7. The hotel runs a tour desk on the lower lobby which books through 'expedia' -definately the best way to book, if you haven't already booked before you get to Hawaii through their online services.

Another thing that is a rip of in Hawaii in general is the charge for beach bed and umbrellas, the cost for a bed and umbrella was $60, discount if you stayed at the hotel and the beds on there own were $25, the beds round the pool are free but there are no umbrellas and there isn't any shade, I think umbrellas should be provided free of charge, We ate at Dukes for lunch only and it was pretty good, free coffee in the lobby was good .
