1. Shuttles are very easy to take from here, and if you do any tours, I recommend talking to Tina or Choo at the help desk (Not where you check in, there are two desks in the lobby area where they help you book tours, shuttles, anything.

8. I must add that the only persons we encountered in Honolulu that were not highly friendly were the shuttle bus driver on our evening arrival and the staff of Aloha Airlines.
