2. Our room was old, but perfectly functional, the balcony (lanei) was a good size, with chairs and a table and overlooked the beach.

3. Since I didn't need my room cleaned everyday I would find them in the hall and ask for just towels,you only have enough towels for the day,If you have kids you might not have enough though.

4. As far as housekeeping I believe they clean the rooms of the people who are leaving that day then come back to others who are staying on longer.

5. Our room was excellent, flat screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, nice furniture, firm bed (some might think too firm but hotel will supply a foam mattress cover if you ask), lots of pillows, great bathroom.
