1. We also had a little problem with the elevator, but they were very apologetic and surprised us with a nice gift basket in our room, and also didn't charge us (the ridiculous) $3/day fee to use the in-room safe.

5. Tip: This hotel also charges a fee for WiFi (which we declined), but my husband found out that the McDonald's right below our room had free WiFi, so he just sat out on the balcony and used it!:).
