1. As far as housekeeping I believe they clean the rooms of the people who are leaving that day then come back to others who are staying on longer.

4. We left a $3-$4 tip every day for housekeeping (except one day when we didn`t have them clean) and our room was always very clean and they kept our room stocked with 4 pool towels instead of 2 (which was a special request by us).

Pros: 1) the location is awesome - 10 to 15 minute walk to the zoo, aquarium and international market; 2) We had an oceanfront room, with the most amazing view; 3) The buffet was satisfactory but rather expensive (wait, that is a pro and con); 4) Front desk and housekeeping were all friendly - no problems; 5) ABC store in the lobby so convenient (yes I know, there are 5 of those stores on every block.

9. The front desk were friendly and welcoming upon arrival, at one point I thought housekeeping were storing towels in our room we had so many, and the transport/valet parking guys downstairs were equally as friendly.
