1. Across the street was a beautiful park decorated nicely for Christmas and even an iceskating rink they set up in the park.

7. Design-wise, it's a mix of old (south tower in CNN center) and new (north tower across the street), so the layout is a little unusual.

10. Walking there, the street was kind of sketchy, and pretty deserted except for three pan handlers that were very insistent that we give them some change, and that if we didn't have any change, that a dollar would do.
