Very welcoming staff throughout the hotel; nice bars in the lobby; one with tapas; conveniently located next to the CNN Food Court for lunch and the kinds of food my son enjoys; thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; definitely make reservations if you eat dinner at McCormick and Schmick - it's mobbed for dinner; located at the ground floor; very convenient and excellent food.
