8. When we tried to take a taxi cab to dinner we were delayed by traffic control overseeing rush hour traffic which delayed our arrival and added substantial costs to our fare ($30.00 for a seven mile taxi ride, really!?.

9. Parking is valet only, and costs $30/night with in/out privileges which seems a little high, but my car was always brought quickly even though I didn't call ahead.

You can give your room preferences, and as soon as you join you get some perks such as free wireless internet (normally costs about $10/night), complimentary bottle of water your first night, and cards to hang on your door for each night for a complimentary beverage brought to your room in the morning at a time you specify.
