I was in had a nice balcony area to sit out and enjoy the warm evenings, but the bed head on my bed was falling off (generally this hotel seemed to lack attention to high standards of care).

If you are an SPG platinum member be sure to ask if they have
suite
upgrade (even though you are supposed to be offered the best available room this isn't always what happens).
