1. Most amazing is the most fabulous gym that is included in the cost of the room - probably the most well-equipped complimentary facility I have ever seen at a full-service hotel.

2. Normally, when a hotel (and this costs somewhat more than say, Holiday Inn), doesn't have free internet in the room, they at least provide it in the lobby.

3. The next day I called Priceline and told them our story - they couldn't believe we had been treated so poorly, that the hotel was suppose to find us a room at another hotel, if the rate was higher pick up the difference and supply us with transportation at their cost.
