Can't remember her name but she did wear glasses( very helpful) then we asked if we could get a shuttle to a nice restaurant and we were taken by a young gentlemen that recommended US very good place for steaks and were amazed,( guy was mexican and was the shuttle driver he told us that he parents made him learn English and he was awesome everything very well handled and staff were amazing.

10. She finally went into an office came back with the name of a hotel, and I asked if their shuttle service could take us there, she went back into the office and when she came back out she said the hotel didn't have any rooms, and in fact there was nothing avaiable because it was spring break.
