8. Im even a gold memeber with sheraton and have always stayed on the club level no matter who I book through but the night manager Alan wanted to charge me even more.

9. Other Sheraton's have much better beds but we were told by the night front desk manager (Allen I believe) that these were Sheraton beds.

10. Not only was the facility beautiful, parking easy, every employee prompt and courteous - but when I was freezing in the conference room (even after they adjusted the air conditioner) - the general manager gave me her personal jacket to warm up.
