1. Can't remember her name but she did wear glasses( very helpful) then we asked if we could get a shuttle to a nice restaurant and we were taken by a young gentlemen that recommended US very good place for steaks and were amazed,( guy was mexican and was the shuttle driver he told us that he parents made him learn English and he was awesome everything very well handled and staff were amazing.

7. Every single employee we encountered at this hotel rom the Club Lounge attendants, front desk personnel, cleaning staff, pool attendants and the restaurant staff were gracious and attentive.

9. The rooms were clean, the staff were all friendly from front desk to restaurant to gift shop, and the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper was hard to get out of.

10. Being gold members we were delighted with the breakfast lounge on the club level our first stay, and were happy to receive vouchers to the restaurant (in leiu of the unavailable club buffet) our 2nd stay.
