1. The metro light rail line is within walking distance to get downtown without the worry of parking or traffic, and the Desk help cheerfully would round up a shuttle to get you there if you wanted.

3. There is a new CVS Pharmacy across the street as well as Mexican grocery store -- otherwise, you need to walk some distance to find anything else.
