1. The staff at the hotel, Zachary in particular, were really helpful and nice in letting us check out a bit late as our son was napping.

2. Then upon check out, Stephen at the front desk did not even excuse himself from his personal conversation with the Starbucks employee to check us out and didnt tell us when we were done.

3. We had to check out early, but it was wonderful sitting in the pool area and landscaping near that area had palm trees, different cacti, and even a lemon tree.

4. THE BAD:1)If you don`t call early they only give a very limited number of late checkouts and it is only 1 hour more than the regular check out time.
