1. The hotel is right across the street from the Roosevelt Light Rail stop - VERY convenient.

2. It is a very good neighborhood, walking distance to the Heard Museum & several good places to eat, a park next door for walking, light rail across the street to get around town for cheap ($3.50 for all day).

7. There is a restaurant and bar, that on the nights I stayed were of such low standard, I eventually took my money down the street to eat and drink.
