, walking distance to the Heard Museum & several good places to eat, a park next door for walking, light rail across the street to get around town for cheap ($3.50 for all day).

You need the transit because the hotel is not located in an interesting area - not even any interesting restaurants close by and there is not much shopping in downtown Phoenix, but the train is fast and frequent and can get you to many more interesting
