4. I sat at the bar to have a drink before dinner and there were two young men working that had no clue how to mix a drink and all I requested was VO & Water.

7. The only negative we found was the food in the hotels bar, I would definitely avoid if we returned, there were plenty of restaurants in Downtown Phoenix that were a lot better quality and better value.
