1. It didn't bother me since I had a greatly reduced rate, but for $400-$500 a night, that extra $25 is no fun.

3. Because of the hotel,s beauty, lack of crowds, wonderful pools - especially the lazy river with a slow current and free tube rafts that keep you cool - and inexpensive rates, I like the hotel in summer or off season times but anytime is nice.

10. I was able to purchase a Getaway week through Interval International at the Canyon Villas for a very reasonable rate and we used the Resort as a base to explore the Phoenix area.
