6. A visit to the concierge was extremely helpful in planning activities for us in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and she had advice on everything from dining to hot air balloon rides to Jeep tours in Sedona.

8. We asked for a restaurant recommendation & reservation from the concierge and they sent us to one of the most expensive restaurants in town (Sassi) it ended up costing us over $50 pp for pizza and pasta including the kids meals.
