1. It is just nice not to have to watch your back all the time to see where they trying to charge extra.

2. It is an up charge, but well worth it - virtually 24 hours access, plenty of snacks that go WAY beyond crackers and cheese, a 'dinner' snack that could easily pass for a meal and breakfast including omelets cooked to order.

9. Final note: when I objected to the resort charge because I had not been told about it in advance the lady at the front desk removed the charges, and when I showed her the photo of the air-conditioning vent she seemed genuinely upset and concerned and said she would report it.

10. Only drawbacks are distance from town and no taxi service (hotel provides a car and driver (extra charge) a roundtrip to Old town Scottdale $140, ouch.
